THE OCCUPIED TERRITORIES & NAGORNO-KARABAKH

Anglo Asian Mining holds the rights to three areas covering 900 sq km located within the Occupied Territories of Azerbaijan.  The Company is currently not attributing any value to these projects due to the geo-political situation.  However, if amelioration occurred the Board would re-asses this situation as the Contract Areas are deemed by the Company to be prospective.
